Impatience

Can anyone really be in such a hurry as to overtake a car driving at the speed limit in a 30 miles per hour zone? The other day I was out getting petrol, and two cars did just that - one on the Old Holywood Road, and the other on Castlehill Road, East Belfast. I was driving at 30mph when they shot out past me and disappeared at over 40. Yet another of those moments when you wish the Police speed camera van was sitting just up the road...
