Advance Bookings

How early do you need to book speakers? My question is partly prompted by the fact that I already have a Harvest booking for next year, and partly because I've just noticed that Mark Driscoll is (the Lord willing) coming to Belfast to speak at Mandate, in 2010! Expect a few disappointed ladies who would also like to hear him speak...
