Video Footage now available!

Ok, I have now found a way of hosting some of my video footage of bands etc... Thanks to the good folks at PutFile.com, just click on the below links, and you will be able to watch some of the footage from Sturday's parade. But be patient - the videos take a wee while to download. But they're worth it! More will be added with time... Check the links down the right hand side for all the clips, but here is the best one:

  1. Thank you for your posting. However, I must strongly disagree with your opinion. Man is in his nature sinful. God created this world perfect, but then humans made the choice to sin - and this sinful nature has been present in every human being ever since.

And it is from these sins that we must be saved - indeed, the reason why Jesus came into the world. As he said himself: 'God so loved the world that he gave his only begotten son, so that all who believe in him should not perish, but have everlasting life' (John 3:16). We are sinful, and need to be 'born again' (again, Jesus' own words from John 3:7). Feel free to continue the discussion, by all means, but please don't use capitals the whole time - surely your argument should be strong enough without you needing to use captials?

  2. Sprockets and spokes?? hhhmmm! i have to say that i think your theology is a bit off! as, well, if there is no sin in human nature then why indeed did Christ have to died at all??? what purpose did he accomplish by his death? Also according to your logic if a person murders he has done nothing wrong! as "thats the way God created him" so if there is nothin sinful about murder and the taking of another person's life (who is made in the image of God) then i would say that that is a more scary, loating, ignorant thought than saying we are sinful and require Gods Grace to be forgiven! we do indeed sin by nature! as a Child you do not have to be taught to be selfish, to tell lies etc etc. Human being sin, God never sins He is perfect and as a result this means we are seperated from him! and suffer his judgement! but thankfully God did not leave it at that and Gave his Son (the cool Christ you talked of) to die on the cross and be punished for our sin, so that we may no longer be seperated from God. How wonderful is that! there is nothin scary or self righteous about it for sure! Plus your comments about the Holy Scriptures i take great offence at!! they are indeed the inspired, infalliable, suficient Word of God! you would do well to read them more carefully!!! Soli Deo Gloria - to God alone be the Glory

  3. Hey - thanks for coming back. I suppose I can deal with the capitals, if it keeps the discussion going.

You say that God being displeased is incompatible with his omniscience? God knew before he created the world that humans would sin, yet in love he chose to do this anyway - after all, Jesus was 'chosen before the creation of the world, but was revealed in these last times for your sake' (1 Peter 1:20), to be the sacrifice for sin.

God did create the world perfect - as you said yourself, 'God saw all that he had made and it was very good'. But notice what happens after Adam and Eve chose to sin - the ground is cursed! Suddenly Paradise is no longer so, and they will have to toil for their food, with all the attendant pain and hardship. All because of SIN!

Later in your comments, you remark that what I say doesn't say much for Buddha or Allah or any other such things. Too right! Jesus said: 'I am the way, and the truth, and the life, no one comes to the Father except by me' (John 14:1). 'Salvation is found in no-one else, for there is no other name under heaven given to men by which me must be saved'(Acts 4:12)

  4. greetings

Just a few thoughts to stir it up a bit.
Where did it all go wrong? In the garden of eden? (which is being destroyed in modern day iraq)? In the sin of adam and eve (They both get blame because adam is repsonsible of eves actions) with the devil? If it was ole luicifer, where did he go wrong? wasnt it in glory, where he decided to rebel? So is there real perfection? If there is the ability to sin for angels, is it possible that himanity can sin in heaven?

If humanity is the answer to our problems, what does history teach us? from plato to marx people have tried to create perfect societies and failed. So it is not us.

In other religions? maybe, but religions are either created by humanity, or inspired by satan, or created by him. All religions promise salvation upon death

there is one that gives it now, by god doing an act, the others offer work as the way out, and we only know if we pass when we die.

If there is no sin, why are there wars, more food to fed all the world and more, and yet millions die, and the conservative party? If humanity is getting better why did august 6 1945 happen? or septemeber 11 2001 and the reasons on both sides to the bulid up?

What religion, or philosophy or person has done more than Jesus Christ, if anyone can show me, then i will follow!
